Based in Hong Kong, Etta oversees the business in Greater China region. With over 15 years’ experience, Etta focuses on transitional solutions (outplacement), career management, and leadership development.

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Etta was the Consultant and Business Development Manager in a global consulting firm where her work for clients included devising crisis and change management, employee relationship strategy, and organizational learning.  And before that, Etta also co-founded an online investment company during the dot-com period where she gained valuable entrepreneurship experience and exposure. She started her career as Financial and IT journalist at the most well-known newspapers firm at Hong Kong Economic Journal.  Her academic qualifications include Master of Social Science in Hong Kong University of Science & Technology; Bachelor of Arts in Economics in University of Wisconsin, Madison; Executive Diploma in Managing Consulting and Change in PKKI, University of Hong Kong

Connie Tsui- Burchfield

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Connie was the Manager of Financial Services in Invest Hong Kong, the award winning inward investment promotion agency of the Hong Kong government.  Earlier on she was the Regional Head of Corporate Development in a HR consulting firm where she doubled revenues single-handedly in just two years.  She started her consulting career with a global management consulting and executive search firm.  Connie got her MBA from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2000 and BA in Administrative and Information Studies from University of Western Ontario in 1995.  She also owns a diploma in General Counseling and she is a certified NLP Practitioner.
